Great self defense class for everyone

This is a practical style martial art. Useful for men, women and children. They focus on helping everyone defend themselves. Some of the adult students started as kids, since the instructor, a 7th degree black belt, has been at the same location for 25 years. But average people with no martial arts background are able to enjoy and learn from the class. It is a lot of fun. Everyone helps each other get better.
