Shorin-ryu Karate is one of the oldest Okinawan styles of karate around. You will learn discipline, respect, how to really defend yourself! The first hour is all workout and cardio followed by various training class to class. Such training as Okinawan karate katas, kumites, self-defense techniques, and sparring. Meriden Shorin Ryu is centrally located with ample fee parking. Classes suite all ages and levels of Experience. Instructors are very knowledgeable and make the time to mentor each student. Best value for your dollar.
