definetely suggested training here. great discipline, no contract scam or money issues
i started training with these guys a few months back and all i can say is WOW! i had given up on karate because of all of these other so called karate schools(karate america, paks karate) and mma fight schools, but i gave it one more chance and couldnt be happier that i joined. the workout is great, the techniques are practical, and the atmosphere is all positive and friendly. this guys know there stuff!!!
