Great teachers, nice atmosphere

Not your usual dojo. There is a welcoming, humble vibe here. People come to train hard, but know it's not so much about fighting as it is self development. Excellent instruction and a good time for all. I highly recommend this place. Systema is awesome as is Aikido.
