Shinpu-Ren Family Karate
Shinpu-Ren is an Okinawan hard style Karate that incorporates the high kicks and aerial combat techniques of the Korean arts. Shinpu-Ren first opened in 1998, and has served the quad city area since 2003. Shinpu-Ren is a family owned and operated Karate School, and therefore welcomes all ages to train from four years and above. Instructors include, Kyoshi James Morris 6th Dan-Founder and Head Instructor, Shihan Alex Morris 5th Dan-Co-founder and Owner, and Renshi Lori Morris 4th Dan instructor/administrator.
Shinpu-Ren Family Karate teaches the full realm of Karate including but not limited to:
• Forms• Free Sparring• Tournament Competition• Street Self Defense
• Submission Fighting and Pressure Points• Kobudo (weapons)
