Shark Pit BJJ provides Gi and NoGi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction to Adults and Children in the northern Shenandoah Valley. We train self-defense and sport BJJ for all tournament rule sets (IBJJF, NAGA, Good Fights, US Grappling, Points, Submission Only, etc). We train takedowns regularly.
Membership includes use of the weight room at Winchester Boxing.
Facilities on-site include a locker room and showers for both genders. Bring your own lock.

Mon-Wed 7:15 - 8:45 PM Gi Training
Tues-Thurs 7:15 - 8:45 PM NoGi Training
Saturday 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM Gi Training

Wednesday 5 - 6 PM Gi Training
Saturday 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Gi Training
