Fitness kickboxing allows for cardio kickboxing to be taken to the next level. In addition to learning techniques such as jabs, crosses, uppercuts, punching, and roundhouses, these are all applied to weighted bags, mitts, and gloves—OH MY!!! With added equipment, Shape Up Kickboxing is able to incorporate cardio, HIIT, muscle building, flexibility, and much more into a single workout for people in the Cumming Community. Most importantly, the punching and kicking techniques are practiced with more proper technique, and kickboxers get a better feel in how to apply them for self-defense. Getting in shape in Johns Creek or Cumming has never been this fun!
