The Shaolin Kung fu Institute, estb. 1972, teaches traditional Northern and Southern Dragon style kung fu. Our chief instructor,

Dr. Rex W. McCoy has trained under Grandmaster Chen, Qishi, Master Chen, Hu I (Northern Dragon)Master Chen, Wai and Master Yip, Wing Hong (Southern Dragon). Master Jou, Sung Wa (Yang Tai Chi)Master Zhang, Yun (Wu Tai Chi)and Master Albert Ma (Northern Long Fist). Children's Classes: Saturdays Advanced 8:30-9:30am, Standard 9:30-10:15am, and 10:15-11:00am
