Shaolin Kempo Academy is East Haven't Oldest and longest running Martial arts school its original location on main street was established in 1984. We offer a wide range of classes suitable for every member of the family. Our classes here at SKA include, Shaolin Kempo which is a self defense based class, Shaolin Kung Fu which is a traditional Chinese Kung Fu class, Yoga which is a great stretching and holistic well being class. Sport Karate both performance and fighting. Sword fighting, and last but not least KFX which is a combination of Kick Boxing and conditioning. We offer classes for ages 3 and up.
Our Tiny Tiger program specializes in 3-5 year olds.
Open Kempo is for ages 6 and over including adults
Yoga is for teens and up.
KFX or Kick Boxing Extreme is for teens and older.
