I've been at Shane's Fit Club for almost 2 yrs. You absolutely wouldn't believe the knowledge and work out that you get here. It's a highly organized program that maximizes the 1-hr class. Not to mention that it's all more personal training, customed to the student, than a generic cookie cutter class could ever be. I almost had to move up a pants size or two before the Fit Club. Now I gotta pull that belt tight and my cardio is amazing, my confidence in myself has never been where it is now and I have learned how to push myself past my boundaries! I've had nothing less than amazing results, so you'll find me here for as long as I can throw a rear leg round/rear leg round. I love the workouts, very hard but fun too. It's never boring or routine. The one on one time you get is nice, and let's face it personal trainers are freaking expensive! You get so much for a great price, it's unbeatable. I've learned alot in the past year I've been going and I am now a green belt! Great place, great people!!!!

Every Saturday, I drag myself in there and let Shane work me to the bone for an hour. I leave gassed, shaking and sweaty. I can't even dial my phone. But I end up feeling great for the rest of the day, and I can't even begin to describe how it's helped my confidence, self-esteem and general physical well being. It really is the best full-body workout you can get, and nothing beats having an instructor that you can not only respect, but look forward to seeing every time you go there. Shane's top notch, and for the money, you can't beat it. As a former self-professed couch potato and power lounger, I love how working out there is something that I really do look forward to.

I have been training at Shane's Fit Club for almost two years now. I absolutely love it. I have earned my Purple Belt and will be testing for my Brown Belt shortly. I have gained self confidence, and dropped pant sizes! After a long day at work, and a seemingly longer drive home, this is the best stress reliever I have found. I would highly recommend stopping by for a session, the first one is free, so it's a win win!
