Whether you are an adult or child, this is a great place to study martial arts. Sifu O'Neill takes the time to make sure each student understands the philosophy, concepts and techniques. Class sizes are not big which allows plenty of hands on and one on one training.
I have two kids that attend this school and they love it. As a parent, I wanted a place where I could observe my kids and have them build confidence and Sifu is a great teacher.
