I've recently enrolled my 6 year old son in Han Mu Do at Serio Self Defense and typically sit through each class as a spectator. The instruction is excellent, but not just regarding the art itself. I really appreciate the life lessons and the respect the instructors expect and instill in the students. I'm extremely happy with the results thus far! Thank you Serio Self Defense.
