Serio Self Defense

At Serio Self Defense we teach a traditional style of Korean martial arts called Han Mu Do. This is a comprehensive style with emphasis on defensive techniques. It covers basic punching and kicking as well as throwing, grappling, joint locks, and weapons techniques. Classes are available for both children and adults. The dojang is easy to access in downtown Waynesville. Feel free to stop by and try out a class for free!
