8:00pm - 9:15pm Muay Thai
Tuesday & Thursday - ICON MMA
4:00pm - 5:00pm Kids Training
5:00pm - 6:00pm Kids Muay Thai
6:00PM - 7:00pm Adult Muay Thai
7:00pm - 8:00pm MMA & Sparring
Saturday - Riverside CITY GYM
930am - 10:30am Rape Prevention class
You do not have to be a student to take prevention classes (we ask for a five dollar donation for drop-ins)
10:30am - 12:00pm all ages students train
Mitt work, ground work, and sparring on Saturdays.
