Very Powerful Dynamic Self Protection Combat Training!

I have been a regular student of Self Protection Combat Martial Arts for over 7 months. The training here is DAILY with only one day holiday per month. Though I hold a Black Belt in Goju Kai Karate with over 6 years of martial arts training, I found this SPCM training quite tough. Dr.Prabhu the Chief Instructor of SPCM who has over 30 years training in Ninpo, Iron Palm and Dim Mac, is very strict about punctuality, tough conditioning, and realistic training. His infamous "Fire & Ice" training schedules have made me really tough in just six months of regular training. I highly recommend SPCM training to all realistic combat enthusiasts. This is the real stuff - Check it out!
