Self-Defense Instruction
SDI is located in the Pikes Peak Aikido dojo. We currently provide instruction to teens and adults, ages 12 and up, in Combat Hapkido (Chun-Tu Kwan), Hock’s Force Necessary Unarmed Combatives, and Self Defense. SDI is a Chartered School under the International Combat Hapkido Federation (ICHF) and is also an Affiliated School with Hock’s Force Necessary and Scientific Fighting Congress (SFC).

Class schedule is the following:
Mondays (5:45 - 6:30 pm)
Wednesdays (6:00 - 7:00 pm)
The Chŏn-Tu Kwan “Combat Style” Hapkido Program is open to all students ages 12 and above and is also known as the Science of Self Defense, program prepares our students for rank advancement by extensively covering the curriculum required by the International Combat Hapkido Federation (ICHF) and Rocky Mountain Self-Defense (RMSD).
Chŏn-Tu Kwan Hapkido is an extremely realistic and versatile discipline of self protection that includes an extensive variety of strikes, kicks, joint locks, pressure points, grappling and disarming techniques. The result is a practical, comprehensive self defense system that is enjoyable to learn, and produces effective results in realistic situations.
