I have been in the martial arts for 15 years. . I found out about this place and I decided to attend a class. They were very friendly but they trained hard. I was very impressed about their knowledge and they showed me things in the systems I studied that made my techniques really work. I ended up moving a month later to the west coast but I would highly recommend if you are locale to DC Metro Area that you stop in and give this Dojo a try. . This is the real deal martial arts training. This is not your watered down LA Kickboxing or Tae Kwon Do school. It is Koryu Bujutsu - Samurai and Ninja format training which covers real combat - self preservation style fighting. If you are looking for martial arts as a sport - this would not be for you. If you are looking for the old school traditional Samurai taught Japanese Bujutsu. . . come give it a try.
