Seigido Ryu Karate & Jujitsu
Seigido Ryu is a unique blend of traditional Karate with a kick-boxing influence and traditional Ju-Jitsu with an Aikido influence. Both Seigido Ryu Karate and Ju-Jitsu are easily interchangeable. In defending oneself the student can instantly change or blend their skills to adapt to their situation. Personal safety and being able to defend oneself is the ultimate goal.
Character development is in many ways more important than physical development. It will help them in dealing with verbal attacks, bullying and intimidation tactics. Students also learn to avoid physical attacks and respond, only when necessary, with effective control in a manner that is consistent with the law.
Seigido Ryu requires no contracts and offers classes in three locations in New Jersey:

* Old Bridge, and
* Brick

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Seigido Ryu Karate & Jujitsu:
- Aiki Jitsu (Aikijutsu)
- Aikido
- Jiu-Jitsu (Jujutsu/Jujitsu)
- Karate
Programs & Class Schedule
Ages: 6.5 and up (parents and families are welcome to train together)
No contracts are required. Classes are held year round, but if you wish to take a month off, you are welcome to do so.
Howell Classes: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Old Bridge: Thursdays and some Saturdays
Brick: Mondays
