Samurai dojo is a great place to learn, the sensei's are great with the students. This is a place where they actually focus on learning the material and are not just ranked up by showing up. The children learn that hard work and dedication pays off! The adult classes are great as well, sensei's are easy to work with and are very approachable. We love this place!

My son has been learning karate at Samurai Dojo. Sensei Scott and Sensei Marshall work very well with the kids and bring lots of experience. The kids are learning respect and discipline at the same time. All the kids look happy during class. My son is always talking about his senseis and showing me all the moves he is learning. He's played different sports in the past, but he was never as excited about any of them as he is when he goes to his karate classes. I've recommended this dojo to my neighbor, friends and co-workers.

I go to the Dojo to watch my 7 year old grandson practice his Karate. One evening during the weapons training my grandson became frustrated because he couldn't get the moves down. He came and sat with myself and his dad but, continued to watch the rest of the class. The owner asked him why he was sitting and not participating. Scott talked with him and explained that just because something is difficult you shouldn't quit. If you always quit when something is difficult to do you will never get better. Scott didn't yell or demean my grandson. He spoke to him softly all the while building his confidence. I have only seen the instructors give the kids positive reinforcement.

The instructors at Samurai Dojo welcomed me in as a visiting college student with practically no experience and only a month of available time in town. They were determined to teach me a wide variety of kickboxing fundamentals and I feel I received much more than my money's worth! Not to mention everyone is very friendly and they make the classes both educational and entertaining. Their focus is on their students and they are eager for them to succeed!

Thank you Samurai Dojo for a fun summer.

Been with Samurai Dojo for over 6 years. Good instructors that don't give rank away. You have to earn it. My 6 year old son has been attending since he was 4. He is learning discipline, respect and what honor is. The instructors are passionate about their work and truly care about the students.
