I visited the school and I was not too impressed by the quality of instruction that they have, wasn't too impressed by what they were doing on the mat, and I don't feel it will be too effective out in the real world, and I am searching for something more to protect my grandson out in the real world in any type of situation, than just learning to follow the steps, I want him to learn the true martial arts way, and I do not feel that this school offers it.

Which is it Samuri or Ninjas make up our minds!!!!! First of all Samurai's were highly respected bodyguards and Ninja's were assasians which are you!!!!! REALLY!!! See Schools like this is why the Martial Arts are looked at as a joke! Go look at some traditional schools like Popes,or the Aikido school now there is a traditional school for you. They teach what they Preach just like Popes TAE KWON DO. I have been to both and lets just say if you sign up here you are not to educated!!!!!!

Went in to check them out and lets just say! If you want real effective Aiki-jujitsu then dont go here go to the Aikido School. Not saying they are bad for a good workout. When I ask where they were certified from and who through they danced around the subject. Be VERY CAUTIOUS!!!!

My son has attended this school for several years. It is amazing as a Mom to see the self confidence and genuine love of this sport develop over the years for him. This is a fantastic school for anyone truly wanting to learn a self defense style of Martial Arts and not an over the top aggressive punch your lights out type of style. As a Mom of a student attending this school, I truly do recommend it!!!

I have attended this school for about 6 months, give or take. The instructor is very knowledgeable and extremely enthusiastic. It is clear he has a passion for martial arts, and specifically Aikijujitsu, which is what he claims to teach.
The style mixes strikes, locks, and throws. Much of the instruction is performed with multiple attackers and emphasises constant fluidity and motion. The class is very good for cardio.
As much as I enjoy the class, this school is not for everyone. Some of the beginner techniques can seem complicated and overwhelming and the class moves quickly from technique to technique, which leaves the student a better all around practitioner, but can seem both overwhelming and can make it hard to gauge self progress. The structure is undergoing change still, and I do recommend joining or watching a class.
I look forward to where the class continues to move in the future.

I have been Practicing at this Dojo for approx. 5 years and have nothing but good to say about it. Sensei Mark Woodcock is a very knowledgeable martial artist with decades of experience and has Black Belts in several martial arts. I, myself, have a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do with experience in numerous martial arts since 1972 and find this style, Aikijujutsu- the "Legendary style of the Samurai" to be "A" superior style. The best way to describe Samurai Arts Dojo is a family oriented school with very qualified instructors in a superior martial art. Would I recommend it to others? Yes indeed- and I do frequently. Several of Cleveland's finest train with us, and we are always honored to have these officers in our midst. We are proud to be located in the Family Ministry Center at North Cleveland Church of God. Hope to see you there!
You Guys have students in there that take many styles of martial arts and are looking for their black belts. I wont name any names but student d is one of them. I have trained with him on a few occasions at Mr. Howards so called dojo. He is a joke and makes yall look like one to. If this is the kind of people you guys train then I will look elsewhere for my kids to train they don't need that kind of bad influence.
