If you are looking for a comprehensive academy for children or adults, this is the place for you. Prof. Renato is great and he is very knowledgable in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo. SAMPA is a comprehensive academy which also offers Muay Thai/Kickboxing. Prof. Renato strives to create a family feel for SAMPA. He has also ventured into providing adult fitness programs a la P90X and Insanity style classes. As a former Insanity practitioner, having face to face contact is more beneficial because they help you keep you accountable. I also must say they offer an after school program and a summer day camp program. What more can you ask for when as a parent, you have endless opportunities for your children and yourself at SAMPA!!!
The trainers there will try to hook up with your wife. .. actually they do hook up with wives. They don't care at all about how it may tear apart a family. They will create fake accounts to keep the cheating going. Maybe only go to classes together, so the trainers will mind their boundaries. Save your marriage.
