Our Program is divided into Youth and Adults.
The Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program is divided into:
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for Juniors 4-8 years old.
Class focuses on working on social skills through basic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo techniques combined with exercises to develop their coordination, flexibility and motor skills to get them ready for the next program and develop their confidence. It is a 45 minutes class.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for Teens 9-14 years old.
In this program teenagers are prepared to work on all aspects and benefits of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Classes cover a great area of human development teaching technical, physical, mental and philosophical Brazilian Jiu Jitsu subjects. It is a 60 minutes class. Lots of elements of Gymnastics, wrestling, Kickboxing as well as general culture are also part of this program.
The Adult program is divide into:
Beginners or Fundamentals and Veterans.
Beginners or Fundamental Program:
This program is also designed for individuals who are not familiar with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and/or are not in average to good physical shape but had some previous experience in any kind of sport. The Fundamentals program (Beginners) makes it accessible to anyone regardless of age, gender or experience, that is why we believe that anyone can do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Moreover, these classes include strong philosophical content, setting a positive practice based on a cooperation and learning oriented attitude from each training partner.
In a positive training philosophy, and among friends, students are trained to achieve higher levels of training intensity and technique without increasing the risk of injuries.
One of the unique elements of the fundamentals program is that each class covers at least one self-defense technique. All students are encouraged to attend fundamentals class regularly before move to advanced class, no live training or sparring in this class.
Veterans Program
This program focuses on students with an average of over 6 months BJJ training experience.
After completing the Fundamentals Program, the student has developed a good physical, technical, mental, and philosophical foundation that ensures significant progress can be safely made on their BJJ journey.
Students at this level are most likely to defining their game and understanding of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu sport, using a lot of repetition, drills, and directed resistance training and live training.
Kickboxing Fitness and Muay Thai
These classes cover the basic elements of the sport in a safe and controlled environment with the only difference in between them is that the first one is also focused in Gymnastics and Conditioning, and Muay Thai, the focus lays only on the fighting aspect . The student will learn how to punch elbow, knee and Kick. Training includes skipping ropes, shadow boxing, offensive and defensive techniques and combination, pad work and core strengthening. All levels of fitness and skills are welcome in this class!
Road Work
Running is an essential element for fighters or individuals that want accomplish more out their workout routine, It is easy to run with training partners because of the camaraderie, company and support.
Warrior Workout
A class designated to people who want to complement their BJJ or Kickboxing workout or just want to achieve a better shape or conditioning.
Private classes
A lot of reasons make the students pick this program, such as convenience, the need of boost your game quick, not to comfortable with group classes, the school schedule does not fit yours etc.
