The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Sakura Martial Arts Academy/Black Eagle Hapkido:

• Arnis/Kali/Escrima/FMA
• Hapkido
• Jiu-Jitsu (Jujutsu/Jujitsu)
• Judo
• Practicing Gracie University Jiu Jitsu.

Programs & Class Schedule

Unfortunately I am no longer teaching martial arts in a commercial school. Last year in 2012, my long time student and Black Belt Instructor started a Hapkido class at Eastern KY University in Richmond, KY. His name is Tim Roberts and he is a 3rd Dan in Black Eagle Hapkido and 2nd Dan in Heuk Choo Kwan Hapkido (Korea certified).

The class is held at the Football Stadium in Room 119 on Thursday nights 6-8:30 pm. The class is not open to the public as a general rule and you must be enrolled in the class as a Phys Ed credit and a student can repeat the course up to 4 times.

Students advance one belt rank after each semester upon achieving a passing grade. The course can also be audited several times and special arrangements can be made with the Chief Instructor (Tim Roberts) to continue the course after you graduate.

I will sometimes help out in the advanced class for Mr. Roberts and when he can't make it to class because of job requirements I will fill in for him.
