Toxic environment where students get kicked out if they offend the teacher

Teacher kicks out students he doesn't like. Kicks kids off the mat frequently and makes them sit out for the entire class. He also charges a "maintenance fee" on top of regular fees. He has kicked out multiple students and makes a fake case against them claiming everyone else complains about them. Normal mma teachers don't listen to gossip let alone kicking students out over personality conflicts.
