Kim Kubsch is a certified instructor of Tai Chi and PWR! Moves for Parkinson’s. She uses Tai Chi, a low-impact exercise, to teach older adults how to enhance overall health, increase flexibility, improve balance and coordination, and reduce stress, while building bone strength.
As a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), Kim’s focus is “active aging” and to help older adults live safely at home. She serves on the Steering Committee of the Arizona Fall Prevention Coalition and teaches Silver Sneakers classes in the Sun Lakes area.
