I have visited and taken classes at the Sadekane School for Aikido and highly recommend it for anyone seeking to learn martial arts, self defense or as an exercise program that is actually fun!! My daughters have also attended classes there and my Mom enjoys the Yoga classes. Youssef and Rain are the best and have something for the entire family-Something for everyone in a wonderful environment! Keep up the Great Work!!!

Effortless domination --- Aikido

You learn quite a bit at the beginning. Then you find out you know nothing, and you really start learning. Then you find out you only know the basics. It takes constant perfection of technique to be effective on each attack. Once you start to become proficient, then you see it is an effortless method of dominating the situation and bringing you opponent to the realization that he or she has no chance. It does take time, you will need to come 2-3 times a week or you will not get through the phases of learning and you will quit. No playing in the adult classes (by invitation only); go slow at first.

Sensei shows you slow from different angles, then fast, then adds additional variations depending on skill level desired. No joking, get serious or you miss it.

A truly rare opportunity to go to a school that has all the right features, and just happens to be right here in Winter Springs: a truly gifted Sensei that can teach effectively across varying difficulty levels with ease and smoothness (precise application of technique), multiple black belts and well versed practice partners at hand, a floating-type floor than can ease falls and rolls, reasonable fees, and just a welcomed/embracing attitude all around. This combination is the package, but the key is the quality of instruction at multiple levels ---from beginner to advanced to truly advanced.

Highly encourage you give this place a visit and try a class or two.
