QIGONG An easy-to-follow class that aligns stretching and other gentle exercises with breath. Excellent for all levels of ability, including those with movement disabilities.
TAI CHI The graceful movements in tai chi relax the mind and body, help digestion, quiet the nervous system, benefit the heart and blood circulation, strengthen the spine, organs and brain, and improve overall quality of life and health. An open-level 60 movements Yang-style short form class.
