I began my journey here 25 years ago, to learn self-defense skills. The programs available helped me, my children, and now my grandchildren!
The skills, fitness, and confidence, gained has been outstanding. If you are looking for a traditional karate/judo school for all ages this is is it!
In this school you will earn the belt you have. It takes hard work and dedication to further your training, but well worth the experience.
