Progressive Reality Based Martial Arts Training
S.O.T.A.Martial Arts, LLC combines modern day reality based training techniques with the progressive rank and structure of the traditional martial arts. All training will involve performing techniques on an actual physical target, in the form of drills with a partner/opponent, or in short fight scenarios designed to develop specific reactions and techniques that are of importance to your overall defensive ability.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at S.O.T.A. Martial Arts, LLC:
Monday:
Children (Ages 4-7) 6:40pm - 7:25pm
Adults (Ages 13 & Up) 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Tuesday:
Children (Ages 8-12) 6:40pm - 7:25pm
Adults (Ages 13 & Up) 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Wednesday:
Children (Ages 8-12) 6:40pm - 7:25pm
Adults (Ages 13 & Up) 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Sunday:
Seniors (Ages 55 & Up) 6:40pm - 7:25pm
Females (Ages 13 & Up) 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Contracts are available but not required.
