Sovereign Martial Arts is a family environment with programs for the family to get fit together and learn life skills. I love being there with my triplets and the learning is endless the accomplishments are never ending. Myself and my kids I’ve seen dramatic changes in the best way with focus discipline and leadership! I highly recommend this school!

This is the worst as they come!! Gym area is dirty, equipment is in poor condition, karate instructions is horrendous. Watch out for the contract as it is full of extras$$ and renews by itself. They will call you phone and threaten if give them a BAD review on the web. Scary dark place.

Unproffessional. Shady busoness practices. Lack of consistency in training. Costs more then it is worth.

When I started in Sovereign Martial Arts, I was sedentary and knew nothing about martial arts and had rarely did any form of exercise in years. I decided to join on a very high recommendation from a friend who had lost a lot of weight in a short period of time. I saw how excited she was about the program so I bought the Groupon and decided to give it a shot. After the first class, I knew that SMA was the fun and welcoming atmosphere that would give me the push to keep going but was like a family environment where I felt comfortable and excited to do and learn more. I have been a student of SMA for several months now and I feel that physical tasks are easier and I have gained strength, endurance and lost some weight along the way. I know exactly what my friend was talking about and I would highly recommend SMA to anyone with the same excitement and enthusiasm as it was recommended to me.

I have been to other karate school's and I have been so impressed by how my children respond to the instuctors here at Sovereign Martial Arts. Their confidence in themselves has improved dramatically even outside of the dojo. I myself also take kickboxing for fitness and to compete. I have lost close to 20 lbs. This is not only a dojo, but the DeCervo’s have become like family. It does not get better then that, cause who supports you more and wants the best for you, but your family. Anyway, that is the way it should be. We love it here.

I began my martial arts training a few years ago along with my family. The journey to blackbelt has been amazing. Sovereign Martial Arts has been a great support system for us through the daily challenges of life. I have seen my children become confident, focused with a healthy self esteem. As for myself, as an adult, I can apprieciate all that it has done for me. I have a powerful view of life and enjoy living a quality lifestyle.
