Programs & Class Schedule
Women's Tactical Self-Defense Course
We currently offer 3 levels of Women's Tactical Self-Defense training for your individual needs.
Each level will progressively get more advanced, to involve leg strikes and take downs at level III.
Level II will involve more advanced foot work, and level I will get you prepared to defend against most attacks.
Level I, II & III You will learn how to defend yourself against:
* Frontal attacks
* Attacks from behind
* Grabs
* Punches
* Attacks from the side
First Class is Free! You only pay if you decide to attend the additional 4 classes. Check us out and see if you're ready to not let yourself become a statistic.
Jim will teach you the techniques that it has taken him 19 years to learn.
