It is a wonderful school with great teachers. I like it because I learn Martial arts without feeling like the people want nothing but my money. The teachers care about you as family, and not just a number.Come in and try it, even if you just meet the teachers, they are so nice.

Shigung Runes teaches old world Kung Fu and Tai Chi handed down through his family. I studied with him for over 20 years and found his teachings to be authentic and disciplined. A wonderful human being with the knack for bringing out the best in his students. One of the world's last true Grand Masters.
