At Rugged Fitness, our goal is to provide the safest most effective training through expert coaching and results driven programs designed to get our clients in the best shape of their lives. All new participants are encouraged to begin their Rugged Training by completing at least 3 foundations sessions. In these sessions, you will be taken through the proper form and technique for using the variety of unique training equipment that we use here at Rugged Fitness. We offer Strength Foundations, Martial Arts Training, Boxing Foundations sessions & more that will provide you with a great workout while you learn.
