although a Chinese kenpo based system the Iron Dragons Institute teaches many system styles for their historical, presentational, and tactical values. Kenpo being a fluid system which includes hard and soft movement incorperates Ti Chi and Kosho training along with Hungar, Gung Fu, Tong Su do, and meditation. The atmosphere there is old school and the culture and protocols they fallow are from another time and place. Where else can you learn from a real Grand Master every day?
