Programs & Class Schedule
Training at the Fitness Zone Tuesday nights from 6:45-8:45 PM and Thursday nights 7:15-8:15 PM.

*Kickboxing 6:45-7:45 PM
-Concepts based on several styles. Rick Faye's MKG phase one is the basis for our main class structure. Eric is a certified instructor under Sifu Faye. Other concepts include: Bruce Lee's Jeet Kun Do, Muy Thai, and more...
*Filipino Martial Arts Blend 7:45-8:45 PM
-Concepts from a variety of styles are practiced including kali, escrima, arnis, and WEKAF tournament style stick fighting/sparring.
Both classes are a guaranteed great workout, and there is always new material being brought in by our instructors from seminars and workshops across the country. Instructor JC Paul is certified in a Hardened Target Self Defense Program under Tom Sipin.
