Our Krav Maga classes encompass tactical training drills and scenarios addressing threats from standing, clinching and ground positions against singular and multiple aggressors, both unarmed and armed. You will learn options on how to deal with numerous situations of varying degrees of intensity. Due to the nature of actual encounters our classes have elements of the protector/defender mindset, strategic positioning, kickboxing, grappling, and weapons defense & usage.
