A humble, old school dojo with modern techniques

The quality of instruction is top rated and personal. It is a small school and there is a lot of one on one interaction. Sensei Tom O'Brien has been doing martial arts for 43 years.
The people are very personable and there is camaraderie but with an emphasis on training hard together to get better.
