The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at United Studios Progressive Martial Arts:
There are separate classes for children and adults! We start child at the age of 4 years old and we have adults training up to the age of 66 years old.
Martial arts training is fitness with a purpose. Students who train at United Studios recieve world class methods of strengthing and conditioning a students mind, body and spirit. In addition students will learn superior personal safety, self defense and personal protection.
