I, and my son have been going to the RSB for 11 months. I started off with very little prior martial arts training. I can honestly say I've gotten a LOT out of training at this dojo. The Sensei takes a true interest in the student offering physical, as well as mental training for life's lessons. The challenge of learning karate is foremost, and the proper mindfulness and traditional etiquette is presented as well.
There is a good group of other students who are welcoming to the new student. Come and check out a couple of classes, you won't be disappointed!
