Authentic traditional Kung Fu. Direct Lineage to Hong Kongs top Master. Not a mix of styles, exclusively 7 Star Mantis, Lo Han Chi Gung, Lion Dance, Dragon Dance. Teacher is patient but thorough, with experience from training and competing with the worlds best!!
Try it. you wont regret it. Train like the masters have trained. Our Sifu is a direct lineage holder. He has the Manuscripts that have been passes down to only a few in history. He teaches all the techniques and the correct names of the moves. Very lucky to have such a dedicated master.
