Top Level and Very Unique Training

Growing up as a football and rugby player, I turned to Martial Arts after college. I've studied Tai Chi, Hung Gar, and Yoga and have sparred with people who practice a number of styles. I was introduced initially to martial arts through this school and teacher, Douglas Eyre. I then moved away and trained with other teachers. The more I learned from other Masters and practitioners, the more I came to really understand what a gem the instruction and background of Si Jo Eyre is.
This school is complete martial arts training. Physial, spiritual, mental. It is based on the trainings of Shaolin Buddhist Priests and brutal special forces combat training. Si Jo Eyre is a true warrior priest. Its interesting, the more you come to know him as a man and a teacher, the more you realize what a human being is really capable of.
Do your homework and visit many schools, but be sure you visit this one.
