Riverside Shotokan Karate
Riverside Shotokan Karate offers classes 5 days a week at the Orange Terrace Community Center in Riverside, CA. The mission of this program is to help promote fitness, discipline, confidence, responsibility and self-defense through the education of traditional Shotokan Karate-do. Classes are offered for beginners to advanced black belts, youth, adults, competitors, and special needs. Classes cover topics of kihon (basics), kata (forms), kumite (sparring), and kobudo (weapons).
Sensei Amy Hung is a licensed instructor through the American JKA Karate Association - International, and graduate of the AJKA-I Instructor's program. Sensei Hung has competed on the USA National Karate Team and was also named the USA Female Team Captain for several years.
Sensei Hung is still currently competing on a national and international level. She is also a licensed international referee and coach. Riverside Shotokan karate is a proud member of AJKA-I, PATMA, AAU, WKF & NKF.

Youth Beginner Classes - 5 & up - $55 for residents
Monday/Friday 4:00-4:50 pm
Tuesday/Thursday 3:30-4:20 pm
Youth Intermediate Classes - 7 & up - $75 for residents (incl. beg, weapons, comp classes)
Tuesday 4:30-5:50 pm & Thursday 4:30-5:20 pm
Youth Advanced Classes - 7 & up - $ for residents (incl. beg, int, weapons, comp classes)
Tuesday 4:30-5:50 pm & Thursday 5:30-6:20 pm
Adults Class - 14 & up
Monday/Wednesday 5:00-5:50 pm
