River city is the best Martial Arts school in the area. I have been there since I was a baby. Sensei is the best teacher. He has made me the person I am. I can thank Sensei for what he has done for me. I remember the time I started to play all the time he said that I could do anything that I put my mind to.

I remember the first time I took my trial day a River City Martial Arts, I was about 7 years old, and I thought that I would never understand how to do anything. I especially thought that I would never figure out how to do a Kung Fu or Judo roll correctly and I remember going up to Sensei and saying, "I can't do it, I can't do it." Instede of him saying, "If you say you can't you won't be able to", he said, "We all start somewhere, and everytime we try again we progress even if it's not right the first time, don't give up on yourself." So I moved on with new determination, and after more practice I found myself being able to acheive my goal. I look at Sensei as a teacher and a brother, he is extremely skilled in Martial Arts and I greatly appreciate the chance to be able to work with the true master. Anyone and everyone would be exceptionally luck to attend River City Martial Arts, Sensei has changed my life and he can change yours also :)

I have bee training with sensei Daniel Dawson for about three years now and it has drastically changed my life. Not only has it given me the fire and inspiration to be the best martial artist I can be, but it has taught me to not be afraid in any aspect of my life. When you train at our school you learn so much about martial arts, but you also learn a great deal about yourself; most importantly what you are afraid of and how to overcome it. One of the best thing about the school is that the Sensei Dan teaches you how to teach yourself, making it so you can learn and grow on your own as well as in the dojo. It is not the ridged rules and forms of most martial arts, it is practical and useful skills that are invaluable to self defense in the world today. I owe so much to my sensei, who doesn't look at this dojo like a business, but as a place to help people improve and grow as martial artist and human beings.

River City Martial Arts may be one of the best Martial Arts schools I have ever been to. The lead Sensei, who teaches every class, is beyond exceptional with high standards that FAR exceed that of even the top quality schools in the area with teaching styles to match. I am proud to call myself an RCMA student.

Wow! This studio took home 16 medals at the GP Judo club tournament last weekend. Unbeleivable job from Sensei Dan and all his members. I am so proud to have my daughter in this studio.

My kids have taken lessons with River City Martial Arts for six years. Sensei Dan is just awesome. He is patient, talented, knowledgable and inspirational. I highly recommend his studio for both kung-fu and judo.
