All students that participate in class (es) will and find something interesting to practice. The instructor (s) Cover "Principal s of Movement, Thought in Action". Each student are shown successful methods (empowered) and encouraged to apply these methods during class. It's always an Encouraging Experience.
A fun place to study martial arts. You will not a find a more sincere and compassionate teacher than you will with Sensei Jim!
