My 3 boys and I take classes at Rising Sun Karate. We drive a long way to get there and pass a lot of other dojos. Rising Sun has a variety of classes so anyone can focus on the aspects of Karate and self defense that are important to them. Forms, grappling, weapons, kick boxing, conditioning, it's all there, just pick the classes you want. The one thing you won't get is a rubber stamp Black Belt. If you want your Black Belt from Rising Sun Karate, be prepared to work for it. Study, Train, Practice, a LOT and you'll earn it. Just don't expect it to be fast or easy.
