This means awarding a student stripe or rank when the technique is demonstrated with form, fluidity and function....not from an arbitrary mark on a calendar. My name is JD Rifkin and I take great pride in the successes of my students. I began my martial arts journey 30 years ago and have never stoppped since. When we opened our first school in November of 2000, I made a commitment to our students and families to create an enjoyable environment for students to improve their fitness, while building confidence they can carry into their everyday lives.
Our children's martial arts program creates leaders. We do this by teaching the same values you teach at home. Our adult program is second to none.
