My Daughter Loves It!

My daughter started with Sensei Maurer when she was 6 years old. She began in the Lil' Dragons class and has now moved into her judo class. The transformation has been amazing. My daughter was painfully shy, and wouldn't even participate in the first class. But Ms. Maurer drew her out, and gave her so much confidence. Before I knew it, she was practicing on me! She went to her first judo competition last fall and enjoyed it very much. There is a nice group of children there, and a lot of caring assistants. I highly recommend this school. It's also very safe. The only thing I wish is that they had age group judo. On Fridays there are a lot of adults mixed in the class, but it seems to work.
