Pretty mediocre school

I recently observed this class . .. I was unimpressed. I saw numerous "black belts" that looked like under-belts. I saw little power generation, speed, or intensity! The instructor (school owner) looks as though he is a legitimate Black Belt (8th degree???), but who is "on the way down" in terms of his own physicality (few fast movements, generally low energy, only low kicking, etc. ) . His instruction was a bit too quick . .. students did not truly "know" the Kenpo techniques they were practicing, though preparing for "testing". The techniques demonstrated were very "dead" . .. again, pretty mediocre. I was hoping for more . ..
