I have seen Instructor Ricky Stowe use his skills in the real world to subdue his Subjects. Protecting himself as well as his subjects. He is affective and very skillful.

I have trained under Sensei Stowe for almost 3 years. The information he presents to students is second to none. The information is an excellent mix of traditional martial arts and practical self-defense applications. The classes also have a light hearted atmosphere. Sensei Stowe is highly knowledgeable of the martial arts and he excells at passing this knowledge on to his students. Sensei Stowe will be the first to tell you if you are dedicated to your personal goals, you will accomplish all of them.
I started going to this school for the self-defense courses, but soon take the entire karate course.
I cannot say enough how much it has helped, physically and mentally, to take this class.
Ricky Stowe is an incredible man.
