Master Richard has a hard time holding himself accountable

Richard feels the need to disrespect you and your child as if he is above you. I had to get out of charter over the phone and at the place of business all because he doesn’t know how to hold himself or his business accountable. He lies and gives passive apology’s and expects you say nothin. I have recordings of how he speaks to parents and how he lies. I had to cause a scene just to cancel my son’s membership and I have no shame since Richard wanted to act like a child so did I. I don’t play about my son or his safety.
